• Wednesday 27th December: Offices open 10an to 4pm
• Thursday 28th December: Offices open 10an to 4pm
• Friday 29th December: Offices open 10an to 4pm
• New Years Day: Day: Offices closed. Phone lines open 24/7
• Tuesday 2nd January: Normal working hours
