Monday 23rd Dec – normal working hours (phone open 24 hours)

Christmas Eve – 9am – 1pm (phone lines open 24 hours)

Christmas Day – Offices closed / Phone lines open 24 hours

Boxing Day – Offices closed / Phone lines open 24 hours

Friday 27th Dec – 10am – 5pm (phone lines open 24 hours)

Monday 30th Dec – normal working hours (phone lines open 24 hours)

New Years Eve – 9am – 4pm (phone lines open 24 hours)

New Years Day – offices closed / phone lines open 24 hours

2nd January – normal working hours.
