Rosanna Hayward

I developed my skills as an administration manager over the last twenty years. I was responsible to the Director of an established communications company dealing with sensitive security and communications systems within London Underground. After a short break I felt my worth would be rewarded in a more intimate role, helping people on a personal level.

Being a native of Tonbridge, I was fortunate enough to join Welham Jones in 2018. Welham Jones epitomises family values, both to its staff and clients alike. 

I feel at home working here, and for the past three years have had the privilege of also being responsible for producing the majority of the memorials to each families’ requirements. 

Some days can bring sadness, as I – along with the rest of the team – share an empathy with each and every family we help through their time of sorrow. I feel honoured to be part of the Welham Jones family, knowing that we have the ability to be a source of comfort at a time when it is needed the most.
