I simply can’t praise Welham Jones in Sevenoaks highly enough for everything they have done for me and my family at this extremely emotional time, they looked after my beloved husband with such care and compassion. I feel so grateful to Laura as nothing was too much trouble, we were gently guided through the process but never rushed, always listened too, our wishes were implemented with lots of compassion and kindness and the little extras I decided to add in at the last minute were seamlessly incorporated, both Laura and Elaine were truly amazing so kind, caring, compassionate and thoughtful, I couldn’t have asked any more of them so thank you Welham Jones Sevenoaks.

You know that I generally don’t like to recommend Funeral Directors to people, but I occasionally I make exceptions when I need to make sure that someone is properly looked after, which was why I recommended you. I knew that you would properly take care of them, but I have to say that throughout the whole process you exceeded my expectations in every way possible. True gentlemen with real attention to detail, from the smartest suits, hats, driving gloves to the impeccably clean Jaguars and the caring service. Welham Jones even planned the route to be more scenic to avoid the A21 and improve my Nans last journey. Everything went smoothly, on time, and hassle free during a difficult time. Many thanks to Sharon who helped us in organising my sister’s celebration of life. She was so personable and able to offer up solutions to a number of details we wanted to included to make the day special and to reflect our sister. She kept us updated throughout and I appreciate how accommodating she was to all those who were involved in creating the send off. On the day, the funeral director did well to manage a large number of people whilst working within a set timeframe. She was assertive and upbeat and ensured all requests were fulfilled. I’ve had to arrange 2 funerals in Covid times and Welham Jones have been excellent on both occasions. Sam in the TW office has been caring and professional and always answered messages promptly. When our celebrant had to pull out due to Covid 48 hrs before the service they found us a wonderful replacement almost immediately. Thank you.

The process can seem a bit overwhelming, but she took us through it with care and patience and was able to accommodate all my mother’s wishes for the service and for his ashes.
