At what was a difficult time for us all, the professional yet compassionate manner shown by you initially, and your team on the day of the ceremony, was a great comfort to the whole family, and the ceremony was a perfect send off for Dad. We have used your company three times over the years and have received all we could wish for under sad and difficult circumstances. As my husband died in the early hours of the morning and although he had been ill for many months, his death happened so very quickly, just after we awoke. Services and pricing very clear on website so no expensive surprises met later. Office staff very welcoming, appropriately sympathetic but workman like, which suited us. No overselling. Your drivers/ support staff on the day were exemplary; well dressed, attentive to their work and the needs of the family. My wife had always commented about scruffy shoes, frayed jackets and the team chatting. She would have said yours was an A1 service and been very proud.

When my Mum passed away in 2008 she was very insistent on using Welham Jones as she was not very impressed with [a Swanley based competitor’s] hearses and limousines appearance at her sister’s funeral. She had been to another funeral shortly before her passing, which was conducted by Welham Jones and she told me her funeral instructions. My father passed away suddenly in January and it was natural that Dad would want the same as Mum. As funerals go it was a lovely send off for Dad and your service helped us get through a sad day.

Welham Jones Swanley have been absolutely amazing for our family over 2020. My Mothers funeral in June and my Mother in law in September. Beautiful, extremely professional, carried out with the utmost dignity and respect. Absolutely wonderful. The celebrant Neil came to our house and guided us through what to include in our services, adding the perfect touches to eulogies, and catering for however religious we wanted the service to be or not at all. He is truely amazing and has helped my Father come to terms with my Mother’s death and how to cope going forward. The whole service given by Welham Jones gives credit to there family run business.
