A daytime viewing during our normal opening hours is included when you arrange a funeral with us. Visits outside those hours, in the evening, at the weekend, or on a bank holiday, can sometimes carry a small additional charge, and we’ll always say so upfront rather than let it come as a surprise later. You’ll have a written estimate before anything is agreed, and no hidden fees at any stage.
We’re family-run, not part of a national chain, and one dedicated funeral arranger stays with you from the first phone call through to the day itself.
