Heart of Kent Hospice Light Up A Life Memorial Service – Sunday, 26th November 2017.
All are welcome to dedicate a memory star in memory of their lost loved ones. The star will be placed on our tree in our office until the service at the Heart of Kent Hospice where all stars will be taken and hung on their tree during the service.
If you would like to attend the service it is being held at the Heart of Kent Hospice on Sunday 26th November at 4.30pm. The event will be held outside so pleas wrap up warm. It would be lovely to see you all there.
